DRKR Architects focuses primarily on multi-unit commercial residential projects and residential projects for institutional clients. We have also completed several houses for private clients. We work with clients to ensure quality designs that express their aesthetic tastes while meeting their budget and schedule priorities. We provide a variety of services from concept design through construction documents and services, as well as assistance working with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction. We have an exceptionally high success rate of shepherding private projects through the Development Agreement process in HRM.
